The Elementary Principles of Christ

Hebrews 5:12 says “For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God, and you have come to need milk and not solid food.” This study unpacks each of the 6 elementary principles of Christ that precede spiritual maturity/perfection: 1. Dead works; 2. Faith toward God; 3. The doctrine of baptisms; 4. Laying on of hands; 5. Resurrection of the dead; and 6. Eternal judgment.

The Church

In Matthew 16:18 Jesus revealed that He was busy taking out of the world a body of people that would belong to Him and through whom He would live and reign. They would be “living stones” built into “a spiritual house, a royal priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.” This we would come to know as “the church”. 

This study explores the blueprint that God gave us in His Word on how to build His church.

Beyond the Grave

Every person who has ever lived has surely, at some time or another, wondered at what lies beyond the grave. “Is there life after death, and if so, what does it hold for me?” Unfortunately, in spite of having the Word of God as our guide, many Christians remain confused as to what eternity does hold for every one of us. Ignorance, idle speculation, and even serious error among believers have left many unprepared and unconcerned
